Our Dream

As usual, this was time for my spring time self portrait session with my friend LR. We went to Art Cultural Center with the views of the ocean in San Pedro where my friend Delora has her pottery business. I fell in love with the location before. LR came today and she also fell in love with it. A perfect location for photography business.

This inspirational documentary follows four well-known entertainers in the deaf community: a comic, a drummer, an actor and a singer as they attempt to cross over to mainstream audiences. It is the first open captioned commerical film in American history making it accessible to all audiences.

"Jump for Joy"

My dog always jumps when there's her biscuit in someone's hand. Here's her jumping for her biscuit in my son's hand.

What's the story behind it?

I am sure you are wondering what I was doing with my camera in a VW bug on one of my photos blog header. My friend LR and I went to Topanga Cyn to shoot around for fun. I asked her to take a photo of me with my camera in an abandoned VW bug. What she didn't know that I was also taking a picture of her while she was taking a picture of me. It turned out she likes that picture so much. Credit goes to LR for many of my great photos. She is also my assistant for weddings so she will contribute many great photos.

Camber Hill

A fabulous guy with a fabulous mind and health. I met him at Trader Joe's where he's working couple of years ago. He knows sign language so when I come in the store, I stop by the booth where he gives out food samples and we always chat for a short time. Art Walk

We rented a space to promote our work. A deaf artist Delora, a deaf scarf knitter Madeline Bozan, a hearing belly dancer and jewelry maker Deborah and I, a deaf photographer. Delora's beautiful ceramic pottery are at Angel Gate Cultural Center if you are interested in buying any of her ceramic pottery. She also teaches on Weds from 10-12 pm.
